The bitcci Group AG will be a fully tokenized company.

The bitcci group AG consists of 50 billion company shares. These shares will be tokenized into the bitcci Equity Token by the End of Q2 / 2023 in the ratio 1:1. So one bitcci Equity Token represents one share of the bitcci Group AG.

The public offering of the bitcci Equity Token will be launched, once we have the approval from the financial regulation authorities to start a public sale. This process contains the approval of a security prospectus which gives detailed information about the project, the company and possible risks to protect small investors.
